The Membership Development and Retention program Cathi Hight presented to the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Executives was first rate. Her presentation style is engaging and interactive. The presentation itself was thorough, insightful and helped program participants shape a new paradigm for service delivery to their members. The model Cathi Hight provided was very well done and gave us the step by step approach we needed to develop our own plan. We could not have done this with existing staff, so we went to Clark University Graduate Management Program for a series of interns to give this project the focus it needed. Fred Cappucci was an intern when he took charge of the Retention Study phase of the project. He coordinated the volunteers involved in the process and completed the study report. He was subsequently hired to fill a new position as Marketing and Member Services Coordinator and is now responsible for implementing the Retention Plan.
