Don’t Just Listen to Us! Here’s What Our Clients Say About Cathi Hight
“I have been going to CEO, as well as CCEC conferences now for almost 13 years - all told that equates to more than 3 dozen. In all those conferences, while there have been many great presentations by many capable presenters, I think yours on Friday last week must be the absolute best one that I have ever had; at least the single one (or more accurately set - as you presented on three topics, as I recall, that was the most useful to me professionally.) So, simply thank you. In summary, UD BEST! I think it was Mark Twain who said something like ‘the only things worth learning are those which you pick up after you know it all’; or some wording to that effect. I consider the things that we picked up last week to have been well worth learning in that context. My sincerest and deepest appreciation.”
John Dolbec, Chief Executive Officer, Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, Ontario, Canada
““What a great workshop! Cathi is so gifted and so knowledgeable about Chambers and our membership challenges!”
– Minnesota Chamber of Commerce Executives (MCCE) Participant
“You were fantastic!! On behalf of everyone here at the American Chamber of Commerce (ACCE), I would like to take this opportunity to thank you one more time for your exceptional presentation. Your professionalism, your knowledge, and your style define the qualities that ACCE looks for when delivering quality educational programming. Participants walked away with innovative ideas and a renewed energy to lead their chambers to make an impact on their communities. ACCE strives to bring cutting edge issues and philosophies to the chambers, and with you as a partner we can continue to enhance the future of chamber professional development. Again, thank you for everything and we look forward to working with you again soon.”
Patrice Bey, Manager, Member Education, ACCE
“I work with a variety of speakers, and Cathi was a delight – organized, detail-oriented and deadline-friendly. Better yet, she received great reviews from our attendees. One noted, ‘Cathi’s program actually allowed me to completely revisit how I perceive volunteer leadership and my own effectiveness.’ Cathi is that rare combination of a professional who is a breeze to work with and delivers thought-provoking content.”
--Wendy Kavanagh, CAE, President, Georgia Society of Association Executives
“Thank you for bringing your membership expertise to the first-ever MAKO conference. In these challenging times, it’s important for us to be reminded of the basics of member service as we constantly seek the ‘new’ programs that will make a difference. You helped us focus on both.”
