Cathi is a master facilitator, leadership coach, and a business consultant with a life mission to build excellence in people and organizations.

As a certified Motorola University instructor for quality and process improvement, Cathi excels in cycle time reduction and benchmarking. Often asked to speak, Cathi enjoys presenting the topics of business and market planning, leadership, strategic thinking and how to develop customer-centric organizations. She is also a national trainer for the American Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) for membership development and facilitates regional workshops on membership sales and retention. Cathi is also an instructor for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Organizational Management, a certificate program for association executives. Cathi served as Vice President of Operations for the Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii. She managed a professional staff who served 4,500 member companies and 18 associate chambers of commerce on all islands, and served as the liaison for a Board with 75 CEO’s of the top 250 companies in Hawaii. Cathi was also sales and marketing manager for both Dole Foods and Meadow Gold Dairy (a division of Dean Foods) and led her team to exceed over $72 million in annual sales. Cathi is the President of Hight Performance Group, Inc. She serves as Past-President for the Boulder chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and just completed a three-year term on the board for the Boulder Chamber of Commerce. Cathi is also a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement and SHRM. Cathi donates her time to many Colorado non-profit associations and special interest groups. |
